To ensure a smooth transition in bringing sanitation services in-house, the City of South Fulton continues to foster a positive working relationship with all providers as they maintain current sanitation services to our residents.
The city wants to assure residents that it is not responsible for voiding any current service contracts. All accounts in good standing should continue to receive continuity in their service.
The city is aware of several residents experiencing service interruptions and is working with each provider to resolve their issues. To address these concerns, the city has launched an online portal for residents whose service has been discontinued or new residents needing to establish service.
Please do not cancel your solid waste services and ensure that all invoices are current to avoid any service disruptions. The City of South Fulton will be working with the providers to minimize any disruption of service upon the transition date to the City.
