1.Plan to attend the virtual meeting

1.When: Thursday August 5, from 6:00- 7:30PM. 

2.Register in Advance: https://zoom.us/meeting/register/tJYuc-6qqzwrHNPt5WfuT_TFqB25Bvui7fPs 

After registering, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing instructions on how to join the meeting. Attendees will be able to use the “raise your hand” feature in Zoom to ask questions.

At the meeting, staff will  present the findings and answer any questions that you may have. The public comment period is a mandated step prior to presenting the petition, results, and recommendations before Mayor and Council for action. It ends on Friday August 13, 2021

2.Please cast your vote in favor or opposition to the installation of traffic calming measures on Gordon Street and Lees Mill Road. The Traffic Calming policy requires only one vote per household. As outlined in Section 10, subsection F of the Traffic Calming policy “eligible petitioners representing 80% of property owners in the neighborhood and 90% of the property owners along the affected road affirm their support for installation of a traffic calming device”.
