Currently, we are in the early process of developing our 2040 Comprehensive Plan. As you are aware, a Comprehensive Plan is a long-term document that is community-driven, which will provide a vision for the future and help to guide the growth of a community. It is a living document that is required by the State of Georgia under the Georgia Planning Act. The overall question is, what should the City of South Fulton look and feel like in the next twenty years? After attentive, careful analysis, extensive public outreach, and engagement, we seek to create a detailed action-oriented plan to tum the best vision for the city into a reality.
