Keosha B. Bell
Keosha Bell is a native of Athens, GA, the youngest of four supportive siblings, an “Auntie K”, and the daughter of Pastor/Dr. Regina Bell, and the late Albert Bell, Sr. She attended Middle Georgia College and Clayton State University College in Morrow, Georgia and completed with a concentration in Business Management, Marketing, and a certification in Computer Information Technology. She is a current resident in the City of South Fulton and has actively served in the community of South Fulton, for over 5 years.
She is a Serial Entrepreneur and Owner of Simple Pleasure Events, LLC., an events company specializing in corporate, private, and community events, for over 20 years; and Owner of the White Glove Experience Booking & Talent Services, a booking and talent company specializing in booking and management services for high-profile and celebrity clientele; In addition, she currently works as a Community Outreach Specialist with a non-profit organization, serving and empowering individuals with disabilities through employment.
As City Councilwoman-Elect, her experience includes over 15 years in Education in post-secondary, trade, and technical institutions; over 20 years of Workforce and Career Development and assisting youth and adults with employment opportunities and career readiness training; Criminal Justice Reform; Legal Assisting on civil, criminal, and personal injury cases; former Special Projects Researcher for emeritus City of South Fulton Councilman Dr. Mark Baker to assist with “already passed” legislations including Cannabis Decriminalization, Banned the Box, Breonna Taylor’s Law (Ending “No Knock Warrants), and the Crown Act. Her accomplishments include assisting over 3000 Georgians with disabilities and ex-offenders via the Georgia Department of Labor Rehabilitation Program and the Clayton County Transitional Center; Managing partner for the Career Center Network specializing in workforce and employment services for career seekers, and successful assisted with employment for over 10000 career seekers; Community Activist; Event Planning and Management for the Common Unity Drive-In series assisting South Fulton families and small business owners and Entrepreneurs with community resources, events, and provided over 50,000 pounds of food monthly; former Campaign Coordinator and Assistant to former Georgia Lt. Governor Mark Taylor, City of Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed, and U.S. Congress candidate Dr. Mark Baker; Booking Manager and Assistant for Bro. Rizza Islam, Dr. Umar Johnson, Leandria Johnson, Attorney Phaedra Parks, and others.
Keosha Bell, will passionately continue her efforts of giving back and wholeheartedly serving and volunteering in her local community with a focus on providing community engagement, education, resources, and certifications to youth who seek opportunities for advancing their career in post-secondary education, vocational trades, and serving in the military; providing career opportunities and career readiness; assisting individuals and families with financial stability and self-sufficiency; developing community events and educational opportunities to assist needy families with resources and food; assist with the homeless population, and providing resources to assist our senior citizens, disabled population, youth, and families within the City of South Fulton.
Ms. Bell sits on boards and actively serves in many capacities for numerous nonprofit organizations including the Phaedra Foundation, Titanium Productions, Sisters United Atlanta, The Community Boutique, Q Parker Legacy Foundation, JustUs League, National Council of Negro Women, Inc., NAACP, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Wifey Me, and many more. Ms. Bell has always been philanthropic by providing the necessary tools for the community to overcome their current circumstances and challenges.
