We apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced with your solid waste curbside and bulk waste collections. To report a problem, please enter the issue through our Trac-EZ website 24/7. 

Please be sure to include:

  1. The service address.
  2. A phone number and an email in the event that we need to contact you regarding the issue. 

If your services were missed or you have damage to your property, please select “Complaint” from the "Incident Type" drop-down menu.

If you are requesting additional services - such as an extra cart, back door service a cart that needs to be repaired or replaced - please select “Request” from the "Incident Type" drop-down menu.
