District 4 is the largest district in the City of South Fulton. Just 20 minutes away from the busiest airport in the world, D4 houses a diverse population and homes. From condos and large single-family estates to farms and rolling meadows, it’s all here in D4, As your elected councilperson, I'm committed to serving our residents to ensure our various community needs are met. 

Biography

Jaceey Sebastian has been a resident of the Cedar Grove community in the South Fulton area since 2006.  He is a strong, passionate, and caring community leader, advocate, mentor, and volunteer.  

A strong, unwavering advocate for the creation of the City of South Fulton, Jaceey served as vice president of South Fulton United, Inc., an organization formed to educate the residents of South Fulton on city hood. He also served as co-chair of the People’s Campaign, a grassroots citizen’s organization he co-founded to promote the “yes” vote for the incorporation of the City of South Fulton.  

Jaceey serves as a board member and director of public policy for the Cedar Grove Community Association and as a founding board member of The Bridge Let’s Talk, Inc., a multi-racial community organization formed to promote and encourage conversations across races and about racial issues affecting our community.

Jaceey’s love of service is heavily tied to his faith. He is a member of the Community Church of God where he is an elder, the chairperson of the nine-member Property and Finance Committee and president of the Men’s Ministry.

In 2022, Jaceey was elected by the people District 4 of the City of South Fulton to serve as the councilperson. He is the first male to represent the district and first foreign-born American to be elected to the city council.
