Residential Solid Waste Program

fThe Clean South Fulton Program is a comprehensive approach to changing how our community looks and TrashBinfeels.  A vital component of that plan is residential collections for solid waste.  This program aims to make the City of South Fulton cleaner and more attractive through a consistent, reliable, comprehensive, and cost-effective solid waste program.  This program covers more than just residential collections; it also includes Street Sweeping, Illegal Dumping Site Management, and the servicing of trash receptacles.  

This site will serve as a one-stop shop to keep you up-to-date on upcoming changes, how to get service during the transition, a new resident, or have ended a relationship with another provider.  If you currently have a provider, we would ask that you continue to honor your agreement.

The City is working to improve the quality of residential sanitation service.  If you are looking for a provider or would like to receive updates on this change, please complete this form. Merk Miles Citizens Convenience Center                          

Merk Miles Citizens Convenience Center, located next to Wolf Creek Amphitheater on Merk Road, is a solid waste facility open to the general public This facility is owned by Fulton County and operated by the City of South Fulton.  This facility allows residents to dispose of materials, including household municipal solid waste, bulky items, yard trimmings and recycling.
