On Friday October 8, GFL elected to shut down some of our systems in response to a cyber security threat. Their phones were offline the majority of last week and when we came back online we have been overwhelmed with phone calls and online requests. GFL chose to shut down our customers’ access to some of the online services we offer like MyAccount and are working with outside experts to ensure that our systems are operating safely and securely. Your patience is appreciated as we work to bring the tools that you need to help us service your account back online.
We have been assured that no customer data was compromised.
Please continue to place your cart for service on your normal service day, we will continue to provide services to any customers experiencing challenges paying the invoice online.
