Substantial Amendment of the Five-Year Consolidated Plan (2020-2024)
and Reprogramming of CDBG Funds
This Public Notice is posted to advise the community that the City of South Fulton will submit a request to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) on or about November 28, 2023, to substantially amend the city's Five-Year Consolidated Plan (2020-2024) Annual Action Plan and to reprogram funds as listed in the document below.
CDBG Legal Notice of Substantial Amendment of the Five-Year Consolidated Plan (2020-2024)
In accordance with the City of South Fulton Citizen Participation Plan (CPP), the public is invited to comment on the substantial amendment to the Consolidate Plan/Annual Action Plan either orally or in writing.
The City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 14th, 2023, at 4:00 p.m., at Welcome All Multipurpose Facility 4255 Will Lee Road, South Fulton, GA 30349, and a second public hearing on Tuesday, November 28th, 2023, at 4:00 pm at Southwest Art Center, 915 New Hope Road, SW, South Fulton, GA 30331.

The comment period will start on October 27, 2023, and will run through November 28, 2023.
