Southern Fulton Comprehensive Transportation Plan (SFCTP)

Southern Fulton Comprehensive Plan

The Southern Fulton Comprehensive Transportation Plan (SFCTP) update is being conducted through the Atlanta Regional Commission for the cities of Chattahoochee Hills, College Park, East Point, Fairburn, Hapeville, Palmetto, South Fulton and Union City, as well as Fulton County. This is an update of the 2013 SFCTP. It will guide future transportation policy decisions in southern Fulton County.

The Southern Fulton Comprehensive Transportation Plan process is ongoing and moving toward completion. The public’s input is needed in two activities; an online survey and participation in upcoming virtual public meetings.

  1. Take the survey and provide feedback on project types and funding priorities. Click here and take the brief survey:
  2. Plan to participate in an upcoming virtual public meeting to learn more about the potential projects. Three virtual meetings have been scheduled to ensure input is received.

For convenience, three different meeting dates and times are being offered:

  • Thursday, May 14 from 7 pm to 8 pm
  • Saturday, May 16 from 1 pm to 2 pm
  • Wednesday, May 20 from 11 am to 12 pm

All meetings will follow the same agenda and use the same content.

To ensure a safe and secure virtual meeting, registration is required. To register, visit the project web site at A meeting confirmation, access code and any other information needed will be provided by email. The web site also contains general project information including meeting presentations and summaries, and various documents.
