Message From the Deputy Chief:
"I'm dedicated to serving our community with the most current and professional standards in law enforcement. I strive to meet the needs and concerns of our citizens and society. I have placed a strong emphasis on leadership, management, and problem-solving partnerships with our citizens through community policing.
Deputy Chief Connie Rogers comes to the City of South Fulton Police Department after serving as a Lieutenant over the Criminal Investigations Division with the City of College Park Police Department.
With a combination of peace officer and military experience, Deputy Chief has over 20 years of law enforcement experience. Deputy Chief Rogers is a proud military veteran and a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. Deputy Chief Rogers has worked in several different capacities during her law enforcement career to include:
Criminal Investigation Division Commander

Uniform Patrol Division
While with the City of College Park, Deputy Chief Rogers also served as the Interim, Human Resource Director for 8 months implementing new practices.
Deputy Chief Rogers earned a Bachelors in Social Work from Alabama State University and a Masters degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Alabama. She graduated from North Central Georgia Law Enforcement Academy. Deputy Chief Rogers has completed P.O.S.T. advanced law enforcement training in supervision and management and has attended several FBI-LEEDA Educational Leadership Courses.
