Office of Professional Standards

The Office of Professional Standards (OPS) establishes the mission and core beliefs for the City of South Fulton Police Department.  The primary focus for this office is dedicated to protecting the integrity of the Department through ensuring adherence to ethical standards, performance criteria and commitment to public service.  OPS perform its function by conducting a variety of investigations, including internal affairs matters, research for Accreditation, pre-employment background, development of training protocols and curriculum’s, grant development and vendor management. 

OPS is comprised of the following units:

  • Vendor Management
  • Emergency Management Services/Homeland Security
