Water Aerobics

The Welcome All Park Water Aerobics Program is an aqua aerobics program that focuses on aerobic endurance and resistance training that requires water-immersed participants. Water aerobics is beneficial to a multitude of participants because the density of the water allows easy mobility for those with arthritis, obesity, and other conditions. However it is an effective way for people of all ages to incorporate aerobics and muscle-strengthening into their weekly exercise schedule.

Monday's & Wednesday's
10 AM- 11 AM or 5:45 PM - 6:45 PM.
