Pre-application meetings are intended to aid prospective applicants in understanding the required rules and regulations that apply to their project and to reveal potential problems. The goal of providing a pre-application meeting is to make the permitting process as efficient and understandable as possible.
Rezonings and Special Use Permit Applications.
There are no charges associated with Pre-Application Meetings.
Step 1: Fill Out Pre-Application Form
Download and fill out the Pre-Application Meeting Information Request Form.
- Please complete the form with as much detail and information as possible.
- Please Note: an address or an Parcel Number/ID is required to be deemed as a complete form.

Step 2: Schedule Pre-Application Meeting
E-mail form to [email protected] to be put on the calendar.
- Pre-Application Meetings are scheduled at the convenience of staff and the applicant.
- Each meeting is 30 minutes.
Step 3: Attend Meeting
Attend the pre-application meeting and discuss your proposed project and any questions you have about the approval process with City Staff.
- Pre-Application Meetings are virtual via Microsoft Teams.
