The City of South Fulton has chosen Municipal Code Corporation (municode) for the publication of the City's Ordinances. All ordinances approved by the City Council of a general and permanent nature enacted on or after April 29, 2017, are included in the Code. Click the icon below to search the municode system.
The City Clerk helps ensure that the process of creating an ordinance or resolution follows any legal procedures and processes. He/she helps to create the documents, distributes them for amendments and revisions, and publishes them for the public to see when such documents are subject to public inspection or public release, with respect to open records act laws.
The City Clerk handles the collection and management of documents related to ethics filings pursuant to the City’s ethics ordinance. Complaints may be filed only by residents of the City and any complaint filed by any other person shall be dismissed.
The City Clerk shall serve the complaint on the City official charged within two business days after receipt of a proper, verified complaint.
