Community Development and Regulatory Affairs (CDRA)
The Community Development & Regulatory Affairs Department will host a number of Zoning Rewrite Workshops. The City of South Fulton recently contracted with Wood Environment & Infrastructure Solutions (Wood Group) to conduct a comprehensive update to the City’s Zoning Ordinance. The Meetings will allow residents and businesses to provide feedback throughout the process, to both Wood and City Representatives. Please see below the dates for each meeting:

- Thursday June 27, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. at Burdett Park Rec Center Gym (2945 Burdett Road Atlanta, GA 30349)
Assure that development and redevelopment within the community occur in such a manner as to enhance and complement the City of South Fulton. Work with the community to assure that established standards are met for property maintenance.
The Department of Community Development and Regulatory Affairs (CDRA) provides Zoning and Planning, Land Development, Inspections and Code Enforcement services to the residents and customers of the City of South Fulton. To provide efficient services to our customers, the City of South Fulton has created a consolidated Development and Regulatory Division to handle the intake and processing of Planning and Zoning, Land Development, Inspections and Code Enforcement activities.
The Department of Community Development and Regulatory Affairs (CDRA) coordinates closely with several other municipalities, including the City of Atlanta’s Department of Watershed Management, Fulton County’s Fire Rescue and Public Works to ensure compliance with state and local codes and regulations throughout the development process to ensure compliance with state and local codes and regulations throughout the development process.
