Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines. It helps improving balance, flexibility, strength, pain levels among seniors, daily energy level, and social and occupation functioning, among other health parameters. Yoga does more than calm you down and make you flexible.
Come join our Yoga class at Welcome All Park Monday and Friday from 8AM - 9AM.
Beginning in October we will also have afternoon yoga on Monday's at 6:30PM.
