Total Body Fitness

Total Body Blast is a one-hour moderate to high intensity full body workout that mixes cardio,
muscular endurance, core and balance intervals into one cohesive regimen. For participants at the
beginner level, advanced modifications are provided for each exercise to ensure that all participants
are able to perform and execute regardless of their fitness level during the session. Each class is
planned around the expected participants to match their abilities while being encouraged to challenge
themselves through various exercise intervals. Classes are instructed with participants using
bodyweight and only needing a workout mat for core and cool down exercises. The format and
structure of the class will change from week to week to offer participants a taste of variety and to help
meet fitness goals.

The class is offered at Welcome All Park on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:30PM-7:30PM.
