Responsibilities

Code Enforcement works in partnership with the citizens of the City of South Fulton to promote and maintain a safe and desirable living and working environment.  We administer a fair and unbiased enforcement program to correct violations of municipal codes and land use requirements.  

Goal

The goal of Code Enforcement is to ensure property maintenance and proper land use for properties within the city limits Code Enforcement officer ensures that all properties are protected against destruction and depreciation.

Reporting a Violation

Residents can report a violation two ways:

To report code violations, just remember "TELL" and dial 470-809-TELL (8355).

ClickIt provides users the ability to report non-emergency issues, including potholes, graffiti, damaged street signs, code violations and outages. “See” a problem; “Click’ on the link below to notify the City and the City of South Futon will “Fix” the issue within a reasonable amount of time.
